Karina has held a number of C-Suite Director roles in financial services globally over the last 20 years where she has a demonstrated history working within award winning financial advice, investment and wealth management firms including FTSE 100 businesses.

Karina is skilled in strategic planning, risk management (including conduct risk and financial crime risk), process improvement, project implementation and setting policy. She joined the TFAS Enterprises group in 2022 to support the launch of TFAS Wealth.
Her focus is on effective risk management and ensuring that clients are getting the most suitable and valuable advice for their needs and experience.
